Almond22

In 2003, Almond '22 beer was born within an ancient almond factory. And everything starts to have a different flavor. We explore almost all fields of beer: from low to high fermentation, from beers with special grains to the use of fruit (grapes, currants, raspberries, and sour cherries) to aging in various types of wood.
In Almond '22 beer, the flavors of the land where it is born, namely Abruzzo, are rediscovered. Spelt, unmalted barley, Senatore Cappelli wheat, and honeys are all proudly Abruzzese. While we thank Calabria for the sweet and bitter orange peels, still sun-dried, just as it was done once. The rest of the grains, which we carefully select, are of European origin. The hops – except for a small hop field tended by our friend grower Enrico Angelini in Miglianico – come from the United States, Europe, and Oceania.
