We are brewers and so we directly handle the entire production process: selection and sourcing of raw materials, creation and fine-tuning of recipes, mashing and boiling cycle, fermentation and maturation, packaging in bottles and kegs. Half of our work is cleaning and sanitizing the production facilities. We produce beers that are both bottom and top fermented, light and strong, pale and dark, bitter and sweet. The brewery and our beers have received the highest recognitions in the "Guide to Italian Beers" for four consecutive editions: 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017.
