Birra dell’Eremo was born within the spaces of a former manufacturing company that has returned to being a lively, pulsating factory. Enrico and Geltrude set it in motion, and soon the machinery, refrigeration cells, bottling area, and aging rooms arrive. The laboratory grows, new technologies come in, and continuous experimentation becomes a trademark.
The brewery has become a well-established and well-organized structure over the years where one can work on an ever-improving product. There is a tremendous commitment and extraordinary research on yeasts behind the creation of acclaimed and award-winning beers, great discoveries, and even a publication in a scientific journal.

A bet on quality that has been successful and has helped win over connoisseurs, enthusiasts, and even the hardest to impress: publicans, true professionals and lovers of beer.

Several years have passed since that 2012. Now the brewery is even bigger and more welcoming. There is a close-knit team that has grown and is now more united than ever. There are warehouses, offices, a shop, and new surprises are on the way.
