Mastino Beer it is the craft brewery of the city of Verona, the name, the brand, and all the names of the beers are inspired by this last one.
Born more than ten years ago, it has only seen rapid evolution in production and organizational terms since 2015, which has led to the proposal of craft beers with a unique and distinctive character.
The main vocation is oriented towards low fermentation, with beers in styles that refer to this important brewing tradition.
The careful selection of raw materials and the continuous research on production techniques are the distinctive features that allow the brewery to offer beers that are always well balanced and very stable.
Being beers produced with a craft method, particular attention is given to maturation which takes place in horizontal tanks. All this allows the Mastino beers to be clean and clear without the need for filtration.
Each beer is conceived and thought out by Mauro Salaorni and Christian Superbi, the two partners of the brewery, both of whom started their paths in the brewing world even before the birth of the brewery.
