The Birranova Brewery was founded in 2007 in Triggianello, a small district of Conversano, a place where it is necessary to be creative and have character to stand out. This is how brewer Donato Di Palma decided to pursue his passion for beer production, launching the "Birranova" project, a project that soon led the brewery to be recognized and appreciated even beyond our borders, thanks to the numerous awards won.
The master brewer has a clear idea of how his beer should be. He is obsessed with quality, but his product must have more. It must convey sensations, both to the nose and at the moment of tasting, without neglecting the emotional aspect. His customers must be able to live this experience, naturally, never forgetting the easy drinkability of a beer.
Birranova produces different types of beer because beer is passion, and every day the master brewer brings new ideas to life. Because producing craft beer means using three fundamental ingredients: head, heart, soul. Only in this way will the combination of water, barley malt, hops, and yeast transform into an original, unique, and emotional.
