Jungle Juice Brewing is a craft brewery independent located in the heart of Rome. The project began in 2014 as a beer firm, but in the spring of 2016, also due to a rapidly growing and even more encouraging reputation, it started production in a renewed business organization: Umberto's passion is complemented by Marco and Claudio's organizational and administrative skills and Emanuele's creativity. In our 14hl brewhouse, all the recipes are born, our productions are mainly inspired by the hop-forward American world and the classic styles of Belgian beer, but our horizon has gradually expanded, with unconventional brewing applications. Our work involves the use of selected raw materials, monitoring the production process, and meticulous adherence to the technical times of fermentation and maturation.
