Brasserie Thiriez is a family-run business that, thanks to a team of 7 people, produces just over 2,000 hectoliters of beer per year. The brewery carries on the brewing tradition of Northern France with quality ingredients and takes the necessary time to do things properly, respecting traditional methods.
