Surely one of the most famous and exported producers of Lambic and Gueuze in the world. 3 Fonteinen is located, of course, in the Senna Valley. Not the one in Paris, but the river that flows through Pajottenland, the area southwest of Brussels where spontaneous fermentations are part of the tradition. A key player in the recent history of sour and wild beers in Belgium, which over the last forty years has made countless people fall in love with incredible beverages, with aromas and flavors completely out of the ordinary. We owe much of this to the late Armand Debelder, who has been overseeing all brewery activities "from above" since 2022.
