Independent Agricultural Brewery in Cassina De’ Pecchi, at the headquarters of the family farm.
The Brewery is the natural continuation of the cereal cultivation activity of the Company, which believes that after two generations of intensive cereal farming, it can transform the barley grown directly into a finished product. The Company produces more than 80% of the malt used.
Brewery WAR was established in 2017 with a production of 500 hl using 2 hectares of land. Currently, production is around 400,000 liters with the use of almost 17 hectares of cultivated land.

The first brewery was created in the former barn at the heart of the company, skillfully renovated while maintaining the original structure as much as possible with the famous exposed trusses. Today, the construction of a new shed has allowed us to install a new, more efficient and larger production system, bringing production to 20,000 liters/month and the possibility of further expansion. The packaging system has also evolved from just a bottling machine to a faster canning machine and a keg filler.
