The craft brewery Barley, founded in 2006 thanks to the strong passion for high-quality beers of the two partners Nicola Perra and Isidoro Mascia, is a small and creative artisanal reality that aims to place its products on the tables of mid-high-end dining, following a distribution line parallel to wine.
All beers are unpasteurized, unfiltered, and refermented in the bottle: a production methodology that allows the beer to mature, making its aromas and flavors continuously and surprisingly evolve and giving the product optimal digestibility.
