Exuvia is a brand-new brewery, born in Campo Ligure (GE) in 2024. So young? It is the natural evolution of the Beer Firm "Birra 2+", which recently made a big leap. A really big one, because the production plant they started with is already 12hl and the building that houses it is truly enviable in size, especially considering the often limited spaces in Liguria.

The project was born from the will of 3 partners, including the brothers Enrico (head brewer) and Maurizio Di Stefano, who in many years of home brewing have developed several winning recipes: from these come the first labels produced as a Beer Firm and some of Exuvia's brews. 

The production is eclectic and immediately ranges from top to bottom fermentation, with a foray into the Sour world as well: Bitter, Saison, Pils, and Gose are already bottled in the first months of the brewery's existence, with highly creative labels and names, by the way. They are all precise and enjoyable beers, like rarely happens for first brews on a new system.
