On May 19, 2008, the Birrificio Lariano was founded, characterized by the production of unfiltered, unpasteurized craft beer without preservatives.
The first beer is La Grigna, in Pils style. Followed by many other labels that have accompanied many Italian enthusiasts to the discovery of craft beers. Ciube, American Hype, and Bassa Marea are timeless hoppy beers, Falesia a full-bodied and amber Bock that are becoming increasingly rare in Italy, Bloom a Blanche with a touch of creativity from the addition of hibiscus flowers. These beers and many others have contributed to establishing the producer from Sirone (LC) as one of the pillars of Italian brewing.
