At the end of the 1990s, Gabriele and Bernardo were students of Law and Psychology, with a belief and a passion. The belief: wanting to slow down the ticking of the clock; the passion: good craft beer. As good as the first batch brewed in the home garage, in 1998.
There it was, they had the recipe for good living and good drinking. But how could they share it with others, with those who, like them, instead of running frantically in all directions, still preferred to take half a step at a time? In every good story, to change history you need the right people and the right moment. With the support of new partners who today form the MEZZOPASSO family, the craft brewery was finally born in Popoli in 2014. Now Gabriele and Bernardo are expert brewers who know how to work magic: anyone who sits down to drink a Mezzopasso (at the pub, at home, or at a restaurant) forgets a little about the noise of the outside world. They find the pause, the alternative, the good side of drinking well.
