Founded in 1890, the Brasserie de Brunehaut embodies tradition and modernity.
A century later, the brewery moved 2 km from the original site, remaining on the same aquifer and with the same quality of pristine water. In 2007, it was acquired by the current ownership, which quintupled the annual production, then at a standstill of 1000 hectoliters.
However, Brunehaut remains a craft brewery, strong in its rich history and modern values. It is indeed the brewery that has most committed to obtaining a line of entirely organic and gluten-free beers that bring to the table the typical flavors of traditional Belgian styles, without compromise.
Furthermore, Brunehaut is committed to increasing sustainability on every occasion and maximizing the positive impact on our human and natural resources. They continuously reinvest in the well-being of employees and the quality of the beers and use “money as a means, not an end.”
