L'acidity is a recurring characteristic, thanks mostly to the kettle sour technique, but also to wild yeasts and the additions of fruit or berries in secondary fermentation.
In 2023, crisp and clean Lagers, IPAs, and other beers without wild yeasts, now indispensable on tap in Sweden, but rarely available abroad.
In the Barrel Aged series, there are beers fermented with mixed bacterial cultures in oak barrels for at least a year. The label design also differs significantly from the core line, with unique artwork created by a local artist.
The brewery wants to let you know that many of its beers are organic and most of them, except those that include honey, are vegan friendly.
