Brewski was born in Helsingborg, in the south of Sweden, from the idea of a brewer with a great passion and experiences gathered in various breweries around the world. Marcus Hjalmarsson's idea is to experiment and revolutionize craft beer production, raising the bar recipe after recipe and creating truly unique drinks in colors and flavors. It is no coincidence that the building where all production takes place is called Brewski Lab: it is a true experimental laboratory.
