Cyclic Beer Farm is a brewery - but it also produces wines and ciders - specialized in mixed fermentations, founded in 2016 in Barcelona.
Initially inspired by traditional beers from Belgium, especially from the culture of Season, the Catalans have developed particular blends of yeasts and bacteria that they cultivate and reuse constantly. The work is done in close coordination with the seasons of the year, which help producers to create beers with many varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, some of which are grown by themselves on the family farm in Alt Empordà, the rest from small local farmers, always using organic methods.
