Brewery De Ranke

De Ranke, literally "The Shoot" of hops, is one of the first Belgian breweries to reverse the trend that was leading to less bitter beers being poured into the glasses of Flemish, Walloon, and Brussels drinkers, produced in the pursuit of maximum savings. It is not at all coincidental, therefore, that the most famous creation of Nino Bacelle and Guido Devos is precisely XX Bitter, born in 1996 like the first Italian microbreweries (now that is a coincidence).
Today, the range of beers produced is very wide, but it only includes the use of flowering hops and respects the historical standards that appear on the brewery's website and below.

Since the birth of the brewery, our only goal has been to produce the best beer possible, always respecting our values, namely:

- the use of natural raw materials, without adding additives or artificial ingredients;

- the respect for traditional methods, with an eye always open to innovations. If we adopt a new technology in the brewery, we do so to ensure better quality of our products and not to reduce production costs;

- independence from large industries, despite commercial success. We have planned the future of our company with a long-term strategy, which sees revenues reinvested in our business and word of mouth as the main form of advertising.

Over the years, De Ranke brewery has gradually grown, but our philosophy has never changed.
