This Japanese brewery is located in the village of Kosuge, in Yamanashi Prefecture, about a couple of hours from Tokyo. It is an area with a climate similar to that of Central and Northern Europe, where almost the entire history of beer of the last millennium developed, and many microbreweries have survived or been reborn in modern times.
Production includes various beer styles and many local influences, such as the use of local rice in recipes and the more experimental fermentations carried out by sake yeasts.
