Craft beer has been part of our lives for many years now, and it was love at first sight. From the very first experiments, the goal has always been to introduce a product into the Italian market and beyond that is not only of quality and high level but also made with love and passion, ingredients we consider essential for creating good beer, with a focus on sustainability.

Nothing is left to chance; every ingredient is chosen with care and attention, rigorously controlled, and used in the production phase with respect. We have worked and continue to do so to ensure that our Brewery is truly a sustainable company! Our production waste does not turn into waste but is reintroduced into nature as feed for a small local farm. The electricity we use is derived from 100% renewable sources and produced by a photovoltaic system.
