MC77 is born from our passion for craft beer.
During the years of university study spent in Rome, a few fortuitous
tastings made us fall in love with unexpected aromas of hops and yeast and the
incredibly varied taste that “beers” can provide.
Over time, that interest, which started almost by chance, became more and more a
fixed idea, so much so that many of our experiences began to revolve around our beloved drink, the books on the bedside table, outings,
travels, and much more.
At the same time, we came into contact with homebrewing and for years we
had fun playing with pots and raw materials; it increasingly happened that on Friday evenings we would get in the car
to reach our homebrewery and, leaving Rome and the
work week behind us, we would start talking about beer and the
brew of the next day.
Our name pays homage to that path that led us to the
birth of our beers and along which this project has materialized.
