New Nicese Brewery

The New Nicese Brewery was founded in 2006 by the passionate Carlo Colombara, who, after years of home brewing, makes the big leap with a business project that sees him engaged as a professional master brewer. The brewery's range focuses on high fermentation and allows for creativity, as well as typical local ingredients: an excellent example is Dafne, a Blonde Ale that uses the Cardo Gobbo. Since the novelty of the taproom in 2016, the company has been known as the New Nicese Brewery.
