It was 2019 when Marco, Gabriele, and Nicola gathered around a small table in a pub, like in the most classic of stories, and set themselves the goal of creating a brewery that was not like all the others, but that was “radically” linked to the territory.
The idea of starting a production that was totally “made in Lucca” materialized with the birth of the Radical Brewery Agricultural Craft Brewery, whose goal was precisely to create a product linked to Lucca and with 100% of raw materials grown in the area.
Thus, in 2020, the Radical Farm agricultural company was born, with the aim of producing the ingredients mother of our beers: barley and hops.
We made the choice to self-produce the raw materials, which has been fundamental for distinguishing ourselves within the brewing world. The exclusivity of our product comes from enhancing our territory, and for us, being inspired by our inland through short supply chains is essential!

In 2022, the very first beer entirely branded Radical Brewery was born, a 100% Lucchese and 100% “made in Italy” beer.
