St. Peter's is one of the most renowned craft breweries in England, founded in 1996 in former traditional agricultural buildings next to St. Peter's Hall, set in the picturesque countryside of Suffolk.
The location, in the village of St. Peter South Elmham, near Bungay, is ideal for the excellent quality of thewater used in the production process: all the beers produced use water filtered through gypsum from deep within the brewery, obtained from a deep borehole.
In addition to the brewery, St. Peter's Hall is a historic venue with a bar and restaurant, a must-visit when in the area!
