During the twentieth edition of Birra e Sound di Galatina, the Consorzio Birra Italiana and Agenzia ICE brought a delegation of around fifteen international buyers to Salento, accompanying them on an authentic journey through hop fields, malt houses, and breweries. Twenty-one producers were present, all united by a common denominator: one hundred percent Italian beer, made with locally grown malts and hops.

Exceptional stops such as Dekore malt house and Birra Salento brewery showed international buyers what it means to produce beer through a short, controlled supply chain.
