Artisanal Kombucha

Artisanal kombucha is a naturally sparkling fermented beverage made by fermenting sweetened tea with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts (SCOBY). Rich in probiotics, organic acids, and antioxidants, kombucha is valued for its beneficial effects on the gut and its unique aromatic profile — slightly tart, fresh, and complex.

Why choose artisanal kombucha?

• Natural fermentation — no additives, no pasteurization that destroys live probiotics
• Unique aromatic profiles — ginger and lemon, red fruits, medicinal herbs: each variant has a distinct personality
• Alternative to soft drinks — sparkling and refreshing, with less sugar than industrial beverages
• Live probiotics — supports intestinal flora and digestive well-being

How do you drink kombucha?

Kombucha is best served cold, directly from the bottle or poured into a glass. It’s excellent as a non-alcoholic aperitif, paired with aged cheeses, or as a digestive after meals. The recommended starting dose is 100-200 ml per day, gradually increasing based on personal tolerance.
