Our family craft brewery was founded by Alex and Marie-Nöelle Carlier Pourtois, with the first brew taking place on March 24, 1988.
Kévin, the eldest son of Alex and Marie-Nöelle, has a degree in biotechnology and is now in charge of the brewery along with his parents, his wife Bérangère Deschamps, and his father-in-law Claude Deschamps. Meanwhile, the younger son, Cedric, runs the Restaurant Le Fourquet across from the brewery, assisted by his wife Stephanie Juste, who, like him, studied at the hotel school.
All our beers are unfiltered and refermented in bottle or keg.
