📦 Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We’re sorry! To resolve this quickly, we ask you to:

  1. Write within 24 hours of delivery to support@maltese.beer

  2. Include the order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the damage or error

  4. Provide a brief description of the problem

We will replace damaged products or, if not available, offer you an equivalent alternative beer or a refund via credit note.
