What is a GIFT CARD

The GIFT CARD is a non-nominative card that can be purchased online by the Customer on the website www.maltese.beer (the “Site”) managed by Maltese srl (the Seller), issued to the bearer, which can be used for future purchases or to gift it to relatives and friends.

The GIFT CARD is sent via email to the recipient indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately, with the methods outlined below, for the purchase of goods on the Site.
The GIFT CARD allows only one payment method and is not intended in any way as a financial instrument.



Validity Period

The GIFT CARD can be used within 1 (one) year from the date of receipt of the confirmation email of the purchase sent to the recipient of the GIFT CARD, unless the credit is exhausted before that date. It will be possible at any time to check the exact expiration date of the card by clicking on the link View the balance of the gift voucher present in the email of the GIFT CARD



Features

The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer from a minimum of €20.00 to a maximum of €100.
No discounts and/or promotions of any kind can be applied to the purchase of the GIFT CARD.



  • - There are no issuance costs, activation fees, or commissions for use.
  • - It is not rechargeable.
  • - The recipient of the card will receive the code of the E-GIFT CARD via email.
  • - To use the GIFT CARD, it is necessary to use the same email entered at the time of purchase.
  • - The GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple transactions and can therefore be used until the value is completely exhausted.
  • - The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount of the GIFT CARD.
  • - It will be possible to request at any time online on the Site in the GIFT CARD section the printout of the balance of the E-GIFT CARD and all transactions made with it.
  • - If the value of the GIFT CARD is not exhausted by its expiration, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
  • - The GIFT CARD is not convertible into cash and its balance cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
  • - The GIFT CARD is valid in Italy.
  • - It cannot be used to purchase other GIFT CARDS.
  • - If the value of the GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Site.
  • - The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
  • - The rules for withdrawal from the purchase of the GIFT CARD are governed by the terms and conditions visible at this link



Loss or Theft

The GIFT CARD is bearer, is not nominative, and can be used by anyone who presents it to make a purchase. The cardholder is solely responsible for the use and custody of the card. In case of theft, loss, or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced, or refunded.

No liability can be attributed to the Seller for improper or fraudulent use of the GIFT CARDS by third parties.



Conditions of Use

The issuance and use of a GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions of use, valid until explicitly modified or replaced.



Correct Use of the GIFT CARD

The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the GIFT CARD and to intervene in case of confirmed violations.

GIFT CARDS obtained through any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with current regulations. For more details, the Customer can consult the privacy policy
