Tupamaros — Double IPA | 8.0% ABV | €5.60
1st Place Beer of the Year 2024. The most important award in the Italian craft scene, given to Ritual Lab’s most intense and structured beer. A Double IPA with a deep golden color, featuring a citrusy, tropical, and bitter profile that leaves no one indifferent. Notes of citrus, tropical fruit, firm bitterness, and a well-integrated alcohol presence.

Extreme beers: for adventurous palates
Papanero — Imperial Porter | 12.5% ABV | €10.50
The most extreme and complex beer in the Ritual Lab catalog. A black Imperial Porter with a roasted, chocolatey, liqueur-like, sweet, and vanilla profile. 12.5% ABV well integrated into a dense and enveloping structure. A beer for meditation, to be savored slowly in cold seasons in a balloon glass.

Oersted Imperial Porter — Collab. Tool | 13.0% ABV | €14.90
Ritual Lab's most ambitious collaboration: a 13% Imperial Porter made together with Tool Brewing. Dark brown color, with an unexpected profile of citrus, spices, and coriander intertwined with a dark, roasted base. A collectible beer for special occasions.

Nerd Choice — Session IPA | 3.9% ABV | €5.30
Birrificio Chiocciola SlowFood 2025. Ritual Lab’s Session IPA: low alcohol, tropical, citrusy and resinous profile. Highly drinkable, low palate fatigue. The perfect aperitif or summer afternoon beer without sacrificing hop complexity.
