Founded in 2009 by five passionate beer lovers, Birrificio Rurale aimed to rediscover the agricultural roots of beer in a region with a strong rural tradition. After years of growth and awards, in 2013 production expanded to the new facility in Desio (MB), where new beers were born and experimentation became increasingly intense.
