In Calamandrana (AT), in the heart of a UNESCO heritage territory, Matteo “Billy” Billia and Giuseppe Luci founded Birrificio Sagrin in 2015: twenty years of brewing passion, a system entirely designed by the two partners, and a clear goal — to unite the great winemaking tradition of the Langhe with the eclectic approach of craft beer.
