MC77 — Born from a Passion, Along a Road
MC77 was born from a passion for craft beer developed during university years in Rome. A few fortunate tastings revealed the unexpected aromas of hops and yeast and the incredibly varied flavors that “beers” can offer. Over time, that interest, which started almost by chance, became an obsession: books on the nightstand, outings, travels — everything began to revolve around beer.
Then came homebrewing: years spent experimenting with kettles and raw ingredients. On Friday nights in the car, leaving Rome and the workweek behind, the conversation was only about beer and the brew planned for the next day.
The name MC77 pays tribute to the road that led to the birth of these beers — and along which the project took shape.
