Kamenice Brewery

Pivovar Kamenice is one of the most authentic and long-standing Czech breweries: operating in Kamenice nad Lipou, in the Vysočina region, it has been producing beer since the 15th century. A centuries-old brewing tradition that today is expressed in unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, true to the original recipe and full of character.

The brewery occupies the former manor brewery in the historic center of Kamenice nad Lipou. The first castle brewery was founded at the beginning of the 17th century; a major renovation between 1860 and 1861 gave it its current appearance. Today, production takes place both in the large main brewery and in a microbrewery dedicated to experimentation, where visitors can brew their own beer under the guidance of the brewmaster.
