Radical Brewery

Radical Brewery — 100% Made in Lucca, from the Vineyard to the Glass

It was 2019 when Marco, Gabriele, and Nicola gathered at a pub table — like in the most classic of stories — with a clear goal: to create a brewery radically connected to the territory. Not like all the others. Made in Lucca, 100%.

A Short Supply Chain, Unique in Italy

• 2020 — Radical Farm was born, the farm created to self-produce raw materials: barley and hops grown directly in the Lucca area
• 2022 — the first beer entirely branded Radical Brewery came to life: 100% Lucchese, 100% Made in Italy

The choice to self-produce raw materials was fundamental to stand out in the brewing world. The exclusivity of the product comes through the enhancement of the territory and the short supply chain as an ethical and identity choice.
