Acsé is the rustic Lager crafted by Podere La Berta (Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena): born from the desire to create an Italian alternative to classic German Landbier and Keller. 4% vol., 22 IBU, in a 33cl can — to be served in a conical glass or mug between 4 and 6°C.

Pale yellow, slightly opalescent, with a nice white foam. The malt dominates with notes of fresh grain and bread, while the hops provide a delicate herbal bitterness that finishes clean. An honest, refreshing beer to drink without overthinking — just like they used to do in the Tuscan countryside.
