Alla Ceca by Baladin is the first lager from Baladin, born from a collaboration with Budweiser Budvar: an authentic Czech style, made with 100% Italian raw materials — barley from Basilicata, hops grown just meters from the Piozzo brewery, water from the Maritime Alps. 5.5% vol., in a 33cl can.

To honor Bohemian tradition, Baladin reconfigured its system for decoction — a technique rarely used in Italy, which gives Czech lagers their characteristic bread notes and malt depth. The original Budvar yeast, specially brought to Italy, completes the profile.
