Apache Can — Amber IPA — Birra 100venti

Apache in a can is a good alternative to today’s IPAs, which are increasingly clear and hazy: this beer presents an inviting amber color, with a fairly robust body and a taste journey perfectly balanced between malt sweetness and a noticeable bitterness.

The hops are unmistakable on the nose: notes of peach and lychees intertwine with hints of resin and grapefruit, creating a rich and inviting aromatic profile. An IPA that doesn’t forget its malty roots.
