BAMBA is the New England IPA from Mister B, the brewery from Mantua in San Giorgio Bigarello known for its passion for cans and hops. The name is an ironic tribute to the recipe’s special ingredient: pure hop powder. The rest comes from wheat and oat malts, barley and oat flakes, and a trio of American hops — Ekuanot, Citra, Azacca — that transform every sip into a tropical explosion.

Sensory profile

Deep golden and densely hazy, with a compact, creamy head — the classic "hazy" appearance of a NEIPA. On the nose it is full-bodied and immediate: mango, gooseberry, lychee, peach, with sharp notes of bergamot and grapefruit, plus balsamic pine notes. On the palate, the opening is soft and enveloping, with the cereal character of wheat and oats clearly present. The bitterness builds gradually to a lean, dry and bitter finish — in good balance with the substance of its 6.3% ABV.
