Barrel Wave is a very special beer: the Scarborough Fair IPA from Wold Top Brewery aged for eight months in whisky casks "Spirit of Yorkshire". The herbal, citrus, and earthy aromatic profile of the British hops is enriched with important ethereal nuances and intense vanilla notes left by the wood. An English IPA elevated in cask: one of the few examples in the world. And, as if that weren't enough, also Gluten Free.
