Blessed Ignorance
Beata Ignioranza is the American Pale Ale from Orso Verde: a beer inspired by the early APAs, the ones that forever changed the way hopping is understood. It’s no coincidence that the brewery calls it "a one-way ticket to Sierra Nevada".
American hops are the absolute stars — mandarin and grapefruit dominate with a bold and intriguing character, while the dry and bitter finish lightens the body and always invites the next sip, in a balance that seems simple but requires great skill.
Tasting notes:
- Nose: mandarin, grapefruit, citrus, American resinous notes
- Mouth: fresh, citrusy, dry and bitter finish, light and intriguing
- Body: golden, medium-light body, American Pale Ale, aromatic and easy to drink
Serve at 6–8°C in a pint or tulip glass. Perfect paired with American cuisine, burgers, chicken wings, semi-aged cheeses, and casual appetizers.
