Bebop

Bebop is the Bock from 50&50, a brewery from Varese: a beer that brings in a can all the warmth and depth of a classic German style, perfect for autumn and winter evenings when you want something more comforting.

The name evokes rhythm and improvisation — and the beer follows suit: a great balance between the caramel and honey base of the malts and the herbaceous and floral hints of German hops, in a Bock that surprises with elegance and drinkability despite its robust structure.

Tasting notes:

• Nose: caramel, honey, toasted malt, aromatic herbs, floral notes
• Mouth: soft, enveloping, sweet and balanced, herbaceous bitterness and warm finish
• Structure: dark amber, full-bodied, German Bock, balanced and easy to drink

Serve at 8-10°C in a mug or tulip glass. Perfect paired with autumn dishes, game, aged cheeses, and cured meats.
