Bianca Piperita by Opperbacco is inspired by the Belgian Blanche but reinterprets it in a territorial Abruzzese style: in addition to the classic spicing with coriander and sweet orange peel, it adds peppermint and local honey. The result is a velvety Blanche — thanks to the oat flakes — that combines the canonical citrus and spicy notes with the honeyed, floral, and herbal/resinous notes of the special ingredients.
