Zoe

Zoe is the beer from Birra dell’Eremo: a name that carries a beautiful contrast. Zoe in Greek means “life” — and what is more alive than a beer born in the silence and care of a hermitage? A beer that arises from tranquility and brings with it all the vitality of those who know how to wait.

To the eye, it appears hazy pale yellow with a compact, fine, white foam that maintains its elegance. On the nose, herbaceous notes emerge followed by delicate hints of grain and honey that build a clean and authentic profile. On the palate, it enters with the same gentleness — grain and honey in the foreground — before giving way to a delicate but long bitterness that accompanies until the last sip with discretion and persistence. An honest, essential beer that does not seek to impress but always manages to convince.
