Grulla is a very soft White IPA characterized by the great balance that regulates the distinct but never excessive bitter component with the velvety feel of the wheat, used for almost a third of the total grains.

On the nose, the soft strength of ripe tropical fruit emerges: mango, pineapple, passion fruit, and lychee intertwine with citrus notes (grapefruit, orange) and resinous hints of pine. The aromatic profile is complex yet harmonious.

On the palate, the velvety feel of the wheat is immediately noticeable: the texture is soft and enveloping, with a medium carbonation that balances perfectly. The taste recalls the tropical notes from the nose, with a distinct but never excessive bitterness that cleanses the palate without ever being aggressive.
