Circle

Circle is the first gluten-free product from Birrificio Altotevere. It’s a rarely explored style but very effective in creating a link between the Teutonic tradition of lagers and the passion for explosive aroma and dry hopping—in this case with Centennial—of American brewers. The result is an American Lager, light and smooth with an alcohol content of 4.8%. The nose, citrusy, tropical, and herbal, suggests a very straightforward palate, defined by the typical neutrality of low-fermentation yeasts. A refreshing drink, yet with a distinctive and refined character.
