Blaz
Kellerbier in Franconian Style — Beer of the Hermitage
Blaz from Beer of the Hermitage draws inspiration from the beers of small breweries in Franconia, a region in Northern Bavaria, from which the yeast used by brewer Enrico Ciani originates. That yeast is responsible for the typical "crisp" character of Franconian Kellerbier and Landbier. Blaz adheres well to the style guidelines: a body just above light, subtle fermentative notes on the nose, and a great drinkability.
