High fermentation beer in Blonde Ale style, inspired by Anglo-Saxon and American traditions. Bright yellow color and persistent foam. The aromas are very fragrant, with notes of cereals, interesting hoppy hints, and very light floral scents. On the palate, it shows a light body but is by no means boring. The finish is slightly bitter and of medium persistence. Silver Hop 2023 • 2nd Place Solo Beer 2023
