Boomer. The flagship of Gaia's stronger beers: inspired by a Flemish style, here is Birra Gaia's Tripel. A perfect balance between Pale and Pils malts, fermented with a selected Trappist yeast, which gives a delicate spiciness and notes of ripe yellow fruit, enriched by an elegant malt aftertaste. The traditional addition of a small percentage of sugar provides a pleasant sensation of alcoholic warmth without weighing down the body of the beer.
