Brain Soup 09 Cold IPA from Zona Mosto, the ninth edition of the most anticipated series from the Roman brewery: a beer that breaks style rules with the precision of a lager and the aromatic intensity of an American IPA.

Brewed with only Pilsner malt and fermented with lager yeast, it is dry-hopped with Krush, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin — a selection of hops from the USA and New Zealand that releases a burst of citrus and mango supported by a noticeable bitterness.
